Delivery is typically 10–15 working days from receipt of the sample at the laboratory. Urgent transformer oil (mineral oil) analysis – DGA and fluid properties – can be delivered in 48 hours by agreement, subject to laboratory capacity. The binding deadline is agreed in the task agreement (ARP).

Bottles must be top-filled - we'll provide detailed guidance. Label with equipment ID and date, include submission form.

Required sample information includes:

• Machine identification - Label and unique ID
• Sampling date - Date and oil temperature at time of sampling
• Personnel info - Technician name and client company
• Analysis type - e.g., "DGA and general oil properties"
• Priority level - Urgent or routine
• Oil type/grade - Specific oil designation
• Reason for sampling - Routine monitoring, investigation, pre/post maintenance
• Sampling location - Tap-changer, main tank, drain valve, sight glass, etc.

Critical Notes:

• Use clean, appropriate sample containers provided by TriboTech
• Ensure proper chain of custody documentation
• Include any recent maintenance activities or oil changes that might affect results
